To proceed with your order:

1.Send us a photo of your ID or BRN and a photo of the item(s)

2.Mentioned if it is a sameday delivery or normal delivery

3.We will send a ref code to you

4.Use the ref code that has been provided to you upon your payment

5.Send us the receipt proof and we will initiate your transaction.

6.We will send you a proof of delivery upon completion


Please note:
1 delivery = 1 transaction
1 Pick-up = 1 transaction

Once your have place your order, you will be required to pay the total amount based on the type of transaction and with the reference code that is provided by us so that we can proceed with our service.
Upon completion of your transaction a proof of delivery (photo) will be sent to you. And either sender/receiver or both should sign our transaction receipt.
There will be a 50% refund if your transaction has not been done within the agreed hours. However, this excludes any unforeseen circumstances such as covid-19, bad weather, cyclones, or any natural disaster.
Before any transaction to take place, a well detailed summary of information regarding the transaction locations, contact number and name should be provided during the order placement. It is the client responsibility to inspect packages upon receipt. Our company and our staffs are not responsible for the content and nature of your product it is the responsibility of sender/receiver who is accountable of the content or nature of the goods that our company and our staff are working with and to abide by the rules and regulations of Mauritian laws.
Our driver are not responsible for any kind of damages endured on your products. It is your responsibility to ensure that the parcels has proper packaging and specify any types of restrictions on certain types of packaging.
No return, we take 100% responsibility that there will be a 50% refund if your transaction has not been done within the agreed hours.
We ensure that our customers data is collected, used and protected according to privacy laws and regulations of Mauritius.
Our company reserves the right to terminate services for those who violate our policy, terms and conditions.
Our company works from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 to 17:00. And closed on Sunday and public holidays. If a transaction should be done on a public holiday or Sunday, it will be considered as a same day (express delivery).
The length, width and height of the item should not exceed 70 cm, the weight of the item should not exceed 4 kg.
5% from your total cost of transactions is contributed for a charitable causes, either locally or internationally.
